In addition to the online workshops for individuals, I also facilitate in person bespoke workshops for groups and teams.
This workshop might be particularly useful for those working in the public or charity sectors, or teams facing uncertainty and change.
A typical outline for an in person workshop might include:
· Defining what resilience and wellbeing means to you
· recognising your pressures and your resources
· Identifying what is in your control and how you might let go of what you can’t control.
· Exploring barriers to maintaining your wellbeing (what are the stories you are telling yourself?)
· Developing new or remember existing ways of enhancing your wellbeing, drawing on the skills and experience you already possess
· Identifying support networks you can turn to if you are feeling unresilient.
· thinking about areas of your life you want to improve against the backdrop of “resilience and wellbeing”
· plan next steps/action points/experiments.
Investment: 3 hour in person workshop: £1000 for up to 12 participants (excluding travel expenses, refreshments and venue hire)
Optional 1-1 coaching package add on: £600 per person for initial exploratory call, 6 coaching sessions and optional six month review
