We hear the terms "resilience" and "wellbeing" a lot. But these terms are sometimes overused, and always mean different things to different people.
In my Resilience and Wellbeing workshops, we will explore:
what resilience and wellbeing mean to you,
how you can foster and nurture it and
where greater resilience and wellbeing might lead you.
I come from a background in maternity, where the cornerstone of improvement is listening to what the people using the service want. So it feels only right, if I’m designing resilience and wellbeing workshops, that I ask YOU, the participant, what you want and need.
