Hi, I'm Laura, and I'm a facilitator and ICF credentialed coach.
Originally driven by a passion for quality improvement and collaboration, I held local, regional and national strategic roles in the NHS maternity sector as a service user advocate, before realising that I could help effect greater change by working in partnership with individuals to unlock their own potential.
Bringing nearly 15 years of experience in facilitation, training, mentoring and coaching, I work with people to identify what it is they want to change and how to go about changing it so they can lead a more fulfilling life.
Want to know how I can support you?
Having established my coaching business in 2021, I was awarded an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation and a Diploma in Coaching from Coaching Development in 2023.
As a coach who is constantly striving to be the best I can be for my clients, who values integrity and is mindful of the ICF's Code of Ethics, I regularly engage in supervision.
My clients come from a range of professions and organisations including:
The Open University
Department of Work and Pensions
Ipsos
Habitat for Humanity
National Childbirth Trust
as well as many NHS leaders from multiple Trusts in London and the South East through the
Imposter Syndrome
Perfectionism
Relationships with teams
Work/life balance
Health issues

Confidence
Career Transitions
Resilience

Burnout
Trust is key to any coaching relationship, so we will start with a free, no-obligation 'discovery call' to talk about what coaching is, work out what you'd like from it and how we might best work together.
Typically we will then meet for a block of 4-6 sessions of up to 60 minutes each, over a defined period of time. We can meet either in person, on the phone or online.
