Coaching is a partnership conversation between the coach and the client, in which the client brings an issue that they feel 'stuck' on. The coach will listen, question, challenge and support in a way that is forward moving and positive as the client untangles their thoughts and finds their own solutions to the issue at hand. Coaching is not therapy or counselling, though it can often be therapeutic in nature.
This is down to the individual but typically we would work together once every 2-4 weeks for 6-8 sessions. Further sessions can be added on an adhoc basis if necessary.
No! Coaching absolutely can happen in person, but our coaching conversations can also take place virtually - via Zoom - or on the phone. This means that we can work together wherever you are in the country, or even if you're outside the UK.
