Let me introduce myself
Hi, I'm Laura, and I'm a facilitator, trainer, speaker and ICF credentialed coach.
Originally driven by a passion for quality improvement and collaboration, I held local, regional and national strategic roles in the NHS maternity sector as a service user advocate, before realising that I could help effect greater change by working in partnership with individuals to unlock their own potential.
Bringing nearly 15 years of experience in facilitation, training, mentoring and coaching, I work with those who are supporting and leading others to focus on their confidence, resilience and wellbeing so that they can get more out of their Life.
